How long does a website take?
Most sites launch in about a week once we have your content. Larger projects may take a little longer — we'll give you a timeline up front.
Do I need the monthly plan?
Yes. It starts once your website is delivered and runs everything behind it: your business phone number and inbox, AI replies, bookings, review funnel, lead tools, hosting and security. Without it, those features stop. See all services.
How does checkout work?
Payments are processed securely through Whop. After purchase, we'll reach out to kick off your project.
What if I'm not happy with my website?
You have 7 days from purchase to request either a 100% refund of your upfront fee and first monthly fee, or a rework of your website. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Can I cancel the monthly plan?
Yes, anytime through your Whop account or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your website stays live only while the monthly plan is active.
Can I see a design before launch?
Yes. You'll review a design preview and we'll make revisions with you before anything goes live.

Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 21, 2026
Welcome to MD Digital ("MD Digital," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and our web design, website creation, and hosting services (the "Services").
By accessing our website, purchasing a Service, or using any Service provided by MD Digital, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. Our Services
MD Digital provides website design, website creation, and website hosting and maintenance services to businesses.
Our Services are offered under a two-part pricing model:
- An upfront fee, charged once, for the design and creation of your website; and
- A recurring monthly fee, charged each month, for hosting, maintenance, ongoing support, and the communication, automation, and lead-generation tools included in your plan.
The specific features, deliverables, and requirements of each package are described on the applicable Whop product or sales page.
We use AI-powered and other software tools to help design and build websites. We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time.
2. Eligibility and Business Use
Our Services are intended for businesses. By purchasing, you confirm that you are purchasing on behalf of a business or in a business capacity, and that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
3. Fees and Payments
Payments are processed through third-party platforms, including Whop and its payment-processing partners.
By purchasing a Service, you agree to pay:
- The upfront fee, due at the time of purchase; and
- The recurring monthly fee, which is billed automatically each month beginning on the date stated at checkout, until you cancel.
Your monthly plan is purchased separately from the website build and is intended to begin once your website has been delivered.
By providing a payment method, you authorize us and Whop to charge it for the upfront fee and for each recurring monthly fee.
By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary to process your transaction.
Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may change at any time. A price change will not affect the upfront fee you have already paid. We will provide notice before any change to your recurring monthly fee takes effect, and you may cancel before the change applies.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or other charges associated with your purchase unless otherwise stated.
If a payment fails, is declined, or is reversed, we may pause your website, hosting, and support until your account is brought up to date.
4. Project Process and Delivery
After your upfront payment, we will begin work on your website. Delivery times are estimates and depend on factors including how quickly you provide content, feedback, and approvals.
You are responsible for providing:
- Accurate business information
- Text, images, logos, and other materials for your website, in a timely manner
- Timely feedback and approvals
- Access to any accounts, domains, or services reasonably needed to complete the project
MD Digital is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late materials, incorrect information, third-party platform outages, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Your website will include the scope and number of revisions described on your product page. Work beyond that scope may require additional fees, which we will quote and agree with you before starting.
5. Hosting, Maintenance, and Monthly Service
Your recurring monthly fee covers hosting of your website, the Automation Tools described in Section 6, and the maintenance and support described on your product page.
Your website remains live and supported only while your monthly payment is current. If your monthly payment is canceled, declined, expires, or otherwise lapses, MD Digital may pause or take down your website's hosting, Automation Tools, and access until your account and payment are brought up to date.
6. Communication, Automation & Review Tools
Your monthly plan may include a dedicated business phone number; a shared inbox for calls, text messages, emails, and website messages; AI-assisted replies; automated booking, rescheduling, cancellation, and reminder tools; review-request messages; lead capture and follow-up; and customer retention campaigns (together, the "Automation Tools"). These tools are designed to help you generate more leads and sales, but results are not guaranteed (see Section 13).
When using the Automation Tools, you agree that:
- You will only send marketing or promotional calls, text messages, or emails to people who have given the consent required by law, and you will honor opt-out requests (such as replies of "STOP").
- You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your communications with your customers, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable state laws.
- You will provide accurate business information needed to register your phone number and messaging with telecommunications carriers, and you understand that carriers may filter, delay, or block messages.
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving automated messages, AI-generated replies, and booking rules. AI-generated replies may contain errors.
- Review requests will be sent to your customers without filtering them based on whether their experience was positive or negative, and you will not offer incentives for reviews or post fake reviews, consistent with Google's policies and Federal Trade Commission rules.
- The Automation Tools rely on third-party telecommunications, messaging, email, and software providers and may occasionally be unavailable or delayed.
Business Phone Numbers. Phone numbers are provided through third-party telecommunications providers and are available for your use while your monthly subscription is active. If your subscription ends, the number may be released and may not be recoverable. If you would like to keep or transfer your number, please contact us before canceling.
We may suspend the Automation Tools if we reasonably believe they are being used to send spam, unlawful messages, or messages without required consent.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your Whop account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for future months. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid, except as stated in our Refund & Return Policy or as required by law.
Nothing in this section limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
For refund or billing questions, contact: [email protected]
8. Client Accounts
Certain Services may require you to create or maintain an account, including on Whop.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- Keeping your account information up to date
- All activity occurring through your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in unauthorized access, fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.
9. Ownership and License
Your Content. You keep ownership of the text, images, logos, and other materials you provide to us ("Client Content"). You grant MD Digital a limited license to use, host, copy, and display Client Content as needed to build, host, maintain, and promote your website, and to provide our Services.
Your Website. Subject to payment of the upfront fee and your continued payment of the monthly fee, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use your completed website for your business for as long as your monthly subscription is active. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, MD Digital retains ownership of the underlying code, templates, designs, tools, and methods used to create the website, and of any generic or reusable elements we create.
Your Customer Data. Information about your customers that is collected or processed through your website or the Automation Tools (such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, messages, and booking details) belongs to you. We process it on your behalf to provide the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to collect and use this information and for providing any privacy notice your business is required to give.
Portfolio. Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may display your website and business name in our portfolio and marketing materials.
10. Intellectual Property
All MD Digital content, including our branding, logos, templates, designs, code, tools, and website content, is owned by or licensed to MD Digital and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws, except for Client Content and any third-party materials.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of MD Digital's intellectual property except for the limited rights expressly provided above.
You are responsible for ensuring that Client Content does not infringe the rights of others.
11. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use our Services or website to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Host or publish unlawful, infringing, misleading, or harmful content
- Commit fraud or facilitate fraudulent activity
- Circumvent security or access controls
- Gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or services
- Copy, resell, or redistribute our templates, code, or designs
- Interfere with our website or Services
- Attempt to reverse engineer our work where prohibited by law
- Abuse refunds, chargebacks, or payment systems
- Impersonate MD Digital or another individual or organization
- Engage in activity that could damage our systems, reputation, or Services
12. Information and Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that service descriptions and other information are accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, accurate, current, or free from errors. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time.
13. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee any particular business outcome, search ranking, traffic, leads, sales, income, or level of success from your website or from our lead-generation, sales, automation, or review tools. Results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including your industry, market conditions, marketing efforts, and the content you provide.
14. Third-Party Platforms and AI Tools
Our Services rely on third-party platforms and tools, including Whop, payment processors, website building and hosting platforms, domain providers, AI-powered tools, and analytics services.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their separate terms and policies. MD Digital is not responsible for third-party services, including their availability, security, policies, functionality, or actions.
AI-assisted work may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing your website and approving it before it goes live.
15. Availability of Services
We do not guarantee that your website or our Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, third-party outages, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our website and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, completeness, or suitability of our Services for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer protection right that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MD Digital and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business, arising from or related to your use of our website or Services.
To the extent permitted by law, MD Digital's total liability arising from a particular purchase or Service will not exceed the amount you paid to MD Digital for that Service in the three (3) months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MD Digital and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Client Content, including any claim that it infringes another person's rights
- Your misuse of our Services
- Your unlawful or unauthorized use of our Services
19. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your Services if we reasonably believe that you have:
- Violated these Terms
- Failed to pay amounts when due
- Engaged in fraud or abuse
- Published unlawful or infringing content
- Attempted to circumvent access restrictions
- Used our Services unlawfully
- Engaged in activity that threatens our business, systems, or users
Upon termination or cancellation, your website may be taken offline and your right to use it ends, subject to our Refund & Return Policy. Termination does not eliminate obligations that arose before termination, including payment obligations.
20. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, we encourage you to contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the issue.
Fraudulent purchases or intentionally abusive chargebacks may result in termination of Services and other appropriate action.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer-protection laws or your ability to dispute an unauthorized transaction.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
Your continued use of our website or Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
22. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Ohio, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any applicable product page terms, our Refund & Return Policy, and our Privacy Policy, constitute the agreement between you and MD Digital regarding your use of our Services.

Refund & Return Policy
Last Updated: October 21, 2026
At MD Digital, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our web design services are customized work, and our packages use a two-part pricing model:
- An upfront fee, charged once, for the design and creation of your website; and
- A recurring monthly fee for hosting, maintenance, ongoing support, and the communication, automation, and lead-generation tools included in your plan.
By purchasing from MD Digital, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
1. Upfront Fee
You have 7 days from the date of your initial purchase to decide whether our service is right for you.
If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days, you may contact us and request:
- A 100% refund of the upfront fee and your first monthly fee, or
- A rework of your website.
After the initial 7-day period has passed, the upfront fee is non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Because the upfront fee covers planning, design, development, and other work specifically for your project, we ask that you review the scope of your project and contact us with any questions before purchasing.
To request a refund or rework, contact: [email protected]
You may also submit a request through Whop's refund or Resolution Center process, as described below.
2. Monthly Fee and Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your Whop account or by contacting us.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for future months after you cancel.
If you cancel your subscription, your website will remain active only while your monthly payment is current. Once your subscription ends, MD Digital may take your website offline and end hosting, maintenance, and support.
When your subscription ends, the communication and automation tools included in your plan (such as your business phone number, shared inbox, automated messages, booking tools, and review requests) will also stop, and any business phone number provided with your plan may be released. If you would like to keep or transfer your number, please contact us before canceling.
If your monthly payment is declined, expires, or otherwise lapses, MD Digital may pause your website's hosting and access until your account and payment are brought up to date.
Monthly fees that have already been processed are non-refundable, except as stated in Section 1 or where required by applicable law. Canceling does not automatically qualify you for a refund of payments already processed.
3. Whop Refund & Resolution Center
MD Digital uses Whop to process payments and provide payment and e-commerce services.
If you purchase an MD Digital service through Whop and need to request a refund, you may first contact MD Digital directly at: [email protected]
You may also use Whop's available Resolution Center to submit a refund or issue request.
Whop's current process allows buyers to submit cases involving issues such as services not being received, services not being as described, or other concerns. MD Digital may review the request and either approve the refund, deny the request, or request additional information. Whop may provide an appeal or review process for certain cases.
For refund requests, MD Digital's refund policy generally determines whether the request qualifies for a refund. If MD Digital approves a refund, Whop processes the payment reversal to the original payment method.
Whop may separately process refunds or payment reversals when required because of payment-processing issues, fraud, applicable law, card-network requirements, or other circumstances described in Whop's terms.
A request submitted through Whop does not automatically guarantee a refund. Refund eligibility remains subject to this policy, applicable law, and Whop's applicable terms and procedures.
4. Accidental Purchases
We understand that mistakes can occasionally happen. However, our checkout process is designed to require the customer to intentionally select and complete a purchase, so accidental purchases are expected to be uncommon.
If you believe you made a purchase accidentally, please contact us as soon as possible at: [email protected]
We will review the circumstances and may, at our discretion, work with you to reach an appropriate resolution. An accidental-purchase request does not automatically guarantee a refund, particularly if work on your project has already begun.
5. How to Request a Refund or Rework
To request a refund or rework directly from MD Digital, contact: [email protected]
Please provide:
- Your name and business name
- The email address associated with your purchase
- The service purchased
- Your order or transaction information, if available
- The reason for your request
If submitting through Whop, follow the refund or Resolution Center instructions provided within your Whop account.
We may request additional information to verify your purchase and evaluate your request.
6. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
When a refund is approved for a purchase processed through Whop, Whop will generally process the payment reversal. Whop currently states that approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within approximately 3–5 business days, although the time for the funds to appear may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
MD Digital is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, card issuers, or financial institutions.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We encourage customers to contact MD Digital before initiating a bank or card chargeback so that we have an opportunity to resolve the issue.
However, nothing in this policy is intended to restrict any rights you may have under applicable law or card-network rules.
Whop's current Seller Terms state that sellers are responsible for refunds and service-related disputes, while Whop may process the payment reversal and may separately take action regarding certain payment, fraud, legal, or card-network issues.
8. Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this Refund & Return Policy is intended to limit or waive any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable federal, state, or local law.
Where applicable law provides a customer with a mandatory refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer right, that right will apply regardless of the terms of this policy.
9. Policy Changes
MD Digital reserves the right to update this Refund & Return Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date.
The refund policy applicable to a purchase will generally be the policy in effect at the time the purchase was made, unless otherwise required by law.
10. Contact
